一、学校简介

I. University Profile

肇庆学院坐落于粤港澳大湾区面积最大的城市——肇庆市，是一所由广东省人民政府主办、省教育厅主管的公办全日制普通本科高校，具有硕士学位授予权。学校始建于1970年，历经50余年发展，已构建起涵盖经济学、法学、教育学、文学、理学、工学、管理学、艺术学、历史学、农学等十一大学科门类的教学体系。

Zhaoqing University is located in Zhaoqing, the largest city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in southern China. It is a public full-time undergraduate institution established by the Guangdong Provincial People’s Government and supervised by the Provincial Department of Education, with the authority to confer master’s degrees. Founded in 1970, after over 50 years of development, the university has established a teaching system covering eleven major disciplines: Economics, Law, Education, Literature, Science, Engineering, Management, Art, History, and Agriculture.

学校现有全日制在校生近2.7万人，教职工1728人，其中专任教师1249人，高级职称教师517人，博士学位教师588人。

The university currently has nearly 27,000 full-time students, 1,728 faculty and staff, including 1,249 full-time teachers, 517 with senior professional titles, and 588 holding doctoral degrees.

学校现有21个二级学院，在招本科专业58个，面向全国24个省区及港澳台地区招生。设有9个硕士学位授予点。

The university comprises 21 secondary schools, offers 58 undergraduate programs, and recruits students from 24 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities as well as Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. It has 9 master’s degree programs.

二、申请资格

II. Eligibility

（一）身心健康、品行端正，持有效外国护照，具有外国国籍的外国公民，遵纪守法，无违反校规校纪记录，无治安处罚记录及违法犯罪记录。

A. A foreign citizens who is physically and mentally healthy, of good character, holds a valid foreign passport and possesses foreign nationality, complies with laws and regulations, and has no record of violating school rules and disciplines, no record of public security administrative penalties, and no criminal record.

（二）截至2026年8月31日，年满18周岁（含），年龄原则上不超过45岁。如未满18周岁的申请人，须提交《在华监护人公证书》。

B. At least 18 years old by August 31, 2026, and generally no older than 45. Applicants under 18 must submit a notarized “Letter of Guardianship in China.”

（一）申请人根据申请需求分别填写《肇庆学院国际学生汉语言进修生入学申请表》或《肇庆学院国际学生预科生入学申请表》

Applicants shall, depending on their application purpose, complete either the Zhaoqing University Application Form for International Chinese Language Students or the Zhaoqing University Application Form for International Foundation Students.

（二）一年以上有效期的外国人普通护照

Foreign ordinary passport with a validity period of more than one year.

（三）最高学历证书和完整学习阶段的成绩单（原件及中文或英文公证件）

如申请者为已在中国大陆就读的在校学生，需另外提交本人就读学校出具的在学证明、同意转学证明、结业证明、在校出勤情况证明及相关课程成绩等。

Highest diploma and complete transcripts from all stages of study (originals and notarized Chinese/English translations of originals). Applicants currently enrolled at an institution in the Chinese mainland must provide a certificate of enrollment, a transfer consent letter, the diploma, attendance records, and transcripts from that institution.

（四）体检表（检查结果须加盖有效公章，有效期6个月）

Physical examination report (must bear official stamp and be within the 6 months after the examination is taken).

（五）无犯罪记录证明（原件复印件及中/英文公证件）

Copy of the original and notarized Chinese or English translation of Certificate of No Criminal Record.

注：上述所有材料均需为中文或英文版。如原件为中/英文以外文本，须附经公证的中/英文的译文。学校出具的证明材料须提供证明人的姓名及联系方式。申请时无需寄送纸质材料，如若被录取，须在报到时携带上述所有材料的原件，以供现场查验。

Note: All materials must be in Chinese or English. If originals are in other languages, notarized Chinese or English translations must be attached. Proof from institutions must include the certifier’s name and contact information. There is no need to mail paper documents to ZQU during application. If admitted, the applicant must bring all original materials for on-site verification upon registration.

五、招生类别

V. Admission Categories

（一）汉语言进修生

A. Chinese Language Students

1.项目设置：开设初级、中级、高级三个等级的汉语言培训课程。

Program Structure: Three levels of Chinese Language Training – beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

2.学习期限：分为春季学期、秋季学期及完整学年。在华语言培训学习时间累计不超过2年。以团组形式申请可根据学生实际情况定制课程时长及学时。

Duration: Spring semester, fall semester, or full academic year. The cumulative period of Chinese language training in China shall not exceed 2 years. For group applications, course length and hours can be customized according to student needs.

3.开班情况：每等级满10人即可独立开班。

Class Opening: A separate class will be formed when at least 10 students enroll at a given level.

（二）预科生

B. Foundation Students

1.项目设置：开设综合汉语（HSK四级/五级冲刺）、学术汉语、专业基础课（数学、计算机基础等）、中国概况及学习方法指导等模块化课程。根据学生目标专业进行分方向衔接性培养。

Program Structure: Modular courses including Comprehensive Chinese (HSK Level 4/5 preparation), Academic Chinese, Basic Professional Courses (Mathematics, Computer Fundamentals, etc.), Introduction to China, and Study Methods. Students receive targeted bridging training based on their intended program.

2.学习期限：一学年。完成预科课程且考核合格后，可申请继续攻读本校或其他高校的本科阶段学习。具体录取条件以国家及所申请学校当年发布的相关规定为准。

Duration: One academic year. Upon completion of the foundation program and passing the assessment, students may apply to pursue undergraduate studies at Zhaoqing University or at other higher education institutions. Specific admission requirements shall be subject to the relevant regulations announced by China and the institution for that year.

3.开班情况：原则上满15人可独立开班。

Class Opening: A separate class will generally be formed when at least 15 students enroll.

（一）申请途径

申请人根据申请需求填写《肇庆学院国际学生汉语言进修生入学申请表》或《肇庆学院国际学生预科生入学申请表》，并根据相应学习项目提交申请材料至邮箱global3@zqu.edu.cn。

Complete the Zhaoqing University Application Form for International Chinese Language Students or the Zhaoqing University Application Form for International Foundation Students and submit the required materials to: global3@zqu.edu.cn.

注：申请人必须根据要求如实提交材料，否则需承担相应后果。

Note: Applicants must submit real and complete materials; failure to do so may result in consequences.

（二）综合测评

B. Comprehensive Evaluation

1.材料评审

Material Review

对按时提交报名申请的申请人，进行材料评审。申请材料须完整真实，否则将视为不合格申请。

Applications submitted by the deadline will undergo a material review. The submitted materials must be complete and genuine; any incomplete or false submission will be disqualified.

2.考核与面试

Assessment and Interview

通过材料评审的申请人进入面试环节，面试时间、方式将在后续通知。

Applicants who pass the document review will be invited for an interview. Details regarding the interview time and method will be notified later.

（三）签证申请

C. Visa Application

被录取者应提交个人普通护照、《录取通知书》《外国来华留学人员签证申请表》《外国人体格检查记录》及所有体格检查（含血检）报告，在入境前根据其学习期限向中国驻其国籍所在国或居住地所在国使领馆或中国外交部委托的其他驻外机构申请办理X1或X2签证。申办材料和流程以申请人国籍所在国中国大使馆或领事馆规定为准，中国大使馆或领事馆作出的签发、拒签的相关决定为最终决定。

Admitted students shall submit their ordinary passport, “Admission Notice,” “Visa Application Form for Study in China,” “Foreigner Physical Examination Form,” and all physical examination reports (including blood test report) to the Chinese embassy/consulate in the country of their nationality or residence, or another overseas mission authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, to apply for an X1 or X2 visa based on the length of their study before entering the Chinese mainland. The specific procedures and required documents are subject to the regulations of the Chinese embassy/consulate in the applicant’s country of nationality. The decision to issue or refuse the visa by the Chinese embassy/consulate shall be final.

注：在线提交申请时需确保个人护照有效期覆盖学习时间，为避免原电子证照失效，请勿在入学报到之前更新个人护照。

Note: When submitting the online application, the applicant shall ensure that the passport is valid for the entire duration of study. After submitting the application, the applicant shall not renew the passport before registration at ZQU, as this may invalidate the previously submitted electronic documents.

七、学制、证书颁发与授予

VII. Duration, Certificates, and Degree Conferral

（一）预科生

A. Foundation Students

每学年秋季学期入学，学习时长为一年，完成规定的教学计划，考核合格，颁发预科结业证书。

Enrollment in the fall semester each academic year. The program duration is one year. Students who complete the required curriculum and pass the assessments will be awarded a Foundation Program Certificate.

（二）汉语言进修生

B. Chinese Language Students

每学年分春季和秋季两期入学，或以团组形式单独成班的根据实际情况而定，完成规定的教学计划并考核合格，颁发结业证书或学习证明。

Enrollment in spring or fall semester each academic year, or according to group arrangements. Students who complete the required curriculum and pass the assessments will be awarded a Certificate of Completion or Certificate of Study.

八、收费（人民币）

VIII. Fees

国际学生的收费等以人民币计价，收费政策有调整的将另行通知。

All fees and charges for international students are denominated in Renminbi (RMB). Any changes to the fee policy will be announced separately.

（一）学费：7,500元/学期，15,000元/学年（以团组形式申请成班的根据实际时长及课时量计算学费）

A. Tuition: RMB 7,500/semester, RMB 15,000/academic year (group applications may be calculated based on actual duration and class hours).

（二）申请费：500元/人

B. Application Fee: RMB 500/person.

（三）住宿费

C. Accommodation Fees

1.校内住宿

On-Campus Accommodation

（1）留学生公寓：单人套间（一室一厅），13500元/人/学年（入住低于半年按1500元/月收费）。床位共11个，床位有限，按申请顺序先到先得，额满即止。

International Student Apartment: Single suite (one bedroom, one living room), RMB 13,500/person/year (RMB 1,500/month for stays under six months). Only 11 suites are available, thus will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the application order.

（2）学生公寓：四人间，约1500元/人/学年，具体收费根据学校统一安排，视入住宿舍调整。

Student Dormitory: Four-person rooms, approximately RMB 1,500/person/year. The specific fee is subject to the university’s arrangement and may be adjusted according to the assigned dormitory.

注：未能成功申请到校内住宿的学生，可自行安排校外住宿。

以上住宿费不含校园无线网络、床上用品、水、电等。

Note: Students unable to secure on-campus housing may arrange off-campus accommodation independently.

The above fees do not include campus Wi-Fi, bedding, water, electricity, etc.

2.校外住宿

Off-Campus Accommodation

选择校外住宿的国际学生，须事先向学校报备并签署住宿承诺书。入住后（宾馆除外），应在24小时内前往居住地所属派出所办理临时住宿登记，并取得证明。学生须凭该有效的住宿登记证明，方可办理后续的入学注册及签证手续。

International students choosing off-campus accommodation must report to the university in advance and sign an accommodation commitment letter. After moving in (except for hotels), they must register their temporary residence at the local police station within 24 hours and obtain a certificate. Students must present this valid temporary residence registration certificate to complete subsequent enrollment and visa procedures.

注：申请人收到预录取通知邮件后，根据校方指引缴纳相关费用。已在中国境内学生的学费、申请费、住宿费可来校后统一缴纳。在中国境外学生须在缴费后方可获得录取通知书、JW201/202表。

Note: Upon receipt of the pre-admission notification email, the applicant shall pay the relevant fees in accordance with the instructions provided by Zhaoqing University. Students who are already in China may settle the tuition, application fee and accommodation fees after arriving at the University. Applicants who are outside China must complete the payment before they can obtain the Admission Notice and the JW201/202 Form.

（四）其他费用

C. Other Fees

1.保险费

Insurance Fee

来华留学生综合保险（包括意外及疾病医疗、住院医疗、意外伤残和身故保险），学生可自行购买。学校实行留学生全员保险制度，对未按照规定购买保险的，学校不予录取。

Students may purchase the comprehensive insurance for international students in China (covering accident/illness medical care, hospitalization, accidental disability and death) on their own. ZQU requires all international students to have insurance; those without insurance will not be admitted.

2.体检费、签证费

体检、签证或居留申请等相关费用由相关机构据实收取。

Fees for physical exams, visa/residence permit applications, and other related expenses shall be charged by the relevant authorities according to actual costs.
