2024年经国务院学位委员会正式审批通过。体育教学方向聚焦中小学体育教师教育与教练员培训，致力于为粤港澳大湾区培养高层次、应用型体育专门人才。

（1）“4+3”本硕贯通培养（本科与硕士课程有机衔接）
（2）“双导师”制（校内学术导师 + 校外行业导师，如中小学特级体育教师、高级教练员）
（3）个性化培养方案（教学能力提升、科学训练、健康教育等模块）
3.实践平台
体育教学实验中心，总面积520平方米，仪器设备541台（套），设备总值370余万元，可支撑运动生物力学、运动生理学、运动心理与教学行为分析等方向的实验与实践教学。
4.师资力量
现有硕士生导师22人，其中博士生导师2人。近年来，团队承担省级及以上科研项目数量持续增长，并在SSCI来源期刊发表多篇高水平论文。此外，学院建有多所研究生联合培养基地，涵盖中小学、体育培训机构及企事业单位，为专业实践提供系统保障。通过“本硕贯通、双导师、个性化培养、高水平平台、多基地实践”五大特色举措，肇庆学院体育教学专业硕士方向正逐步形成立足地方、服务湾区、特色鲜明、应用领先的人才培养新格局。

Physical Education (Professional Master's Degree) – Physical Education Teaching Direction
1. Program Overview
Officially approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council in 2024, the Physical Education Teaching direction focuses on the education of physical education teachers and coach training for primary and secondary schools, aiming to cultivate high-level, application-oriented sports professionals for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
2. Training Model
(1) "4+3" Integrated Bachelor-Master Program (seamless articulation between undergraduate and postgraduate curricula)
(2) "Dual Mentor" System (on-campus academic mentor + off-campus industry mentor, such as master-level physical education teachers from primary/secondary schools and senior coaches)
(3) Individualized Training Plans (modules including teaching ability enhancement, scientific training, health education, etc.)
3. Practical Platform
The Physical Education Teaching Experiment Center covers a total area of 520 square meters and is equipped with 541 sets of instruments and devices, with a total equipment value of over 3.7 million RMB. It supports experimental and practical teaching in areas such as sports biomechanics, exercise physiology, sports psychology, and teaching behavior analysis.
4. Faculty Strength
There are currently 22 master's supervisors, including 2 doctoral supervisors. In recent years, the team has seen continuous growth in the number of provincial and national research projects and has published multiple high-quality papers in SSCI-indexed journals. In addition, the university has established several postgraduate joint training bases covering primary and secondary schools, sports training institutions, enterprises, and public institutions, providing systematic support for professional practice. Through five distinctive initiatives – “integrated bachelor-master program, dual mentor system, individualized training, high-level platforms, and multi-base practice” – the Master of Physical Education Teaching direction at Zhaoqing University is gradually forming a new talent cultivation pattern that is locally grounded, serves the Greater Bay Area, features distinctive characteristics, and leads in practical application.
