一、学校简介

I. University Profile

肇庆学院坐落于粤港澳大湾区面积最大的城市——肇庆市，是一所由广东省人民政府主办、省教育厅主管的公办全日制普通本科高校，具有硕士学位授予权。学校始建于1970年，历经50余年发展，已构建起涵盖经济学、法学、教育学、文学、理学、工学、管理学、艺术学、历史学、农学等十一大学科门类的教学体系。

Zhaoqing University (ZQU) is located in Zhaoqing, the largest city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in southern China. It is a public full-time undergraduate institution established by People’s Government of Guangdong Province and supervised by Department of Education of Guangdong Province, with the authority to confer master’s degrees. Founded in 1970, after over 50 years of development, the university has established a teaching system covering eleven fields of disciplines: Economics, Law, Education, Literature, Science, Engineering, Management, Art, History, Agriculture, and Interdisciplinary Program.

学校现有全日制在校生近2.7万人，教职工1728人，其中专任教师1249人，高级职称教师517人，博士学位教师588人。

The university currently has nearly 27,000 full-time students, 1,728 faculty and staff, including 1,249 full-time teachers, 517 with senior professional titles, and 588 holding doctoral degrees.

学校现有21个二级学院，在招本科专业58个，面向全国24个省区及港澳台地区招生。设有9个硕士学位授予点。

The university comprises 21 colleges, offers 58 undergraduate programs, and recruits students from 24 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities as well as Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan. It has 9 master’s degree programs.

二、申请资格

II. Eligibility

（一）身心健康、品行端正的外国公民，且无违法犯罪记录。

A. Foreign citizens who are physically and mentally healthy, of good character, and have no criminal record.

（二）攻读本科学位的申请者须为具有相当于中国高中毕业学历的外国公民；攻读硕士学位的申请者须为具有相当于中国本科学历的外国公民。

B. Applicants for a Bachelor’s degree program must be foreign citizens with an academic qualification equivalent to a Chinese high school diploma; applicants for a master’s degree program must be foreign citizens with an academic qualification equivalent to a Chinese Bachelor’s degree.

（三）截至2026年8月31日，年满18周岁（含）。

C. At least 18 years old by August 31, 2026.

（四）汉语水平

D. Chinese Language Proficiency

申请理工类以及艺术类专业，汉语水平须达到HSK四级（含）以上；申请人文社科类专业，汉语水平须达到HSK五级（含）以上，证书须在有效期内；

For science, engineering, or fine arts programs: HSK Level 4 or above (within validity period).

For humanities or social sciences programs: HSK Level 5 or above (within validity period).

上一学历教育阶段使用汉语学习的申请人，提交就读学校出具的中文授课相关证明，经我校认定后，可免提交HSK成绩。汉语水平未达到要求者可以申请汉语进修，汉语水平达到学校要求后，再申请进入专业学习。

Applicants who completed their previous study in Chinese-medium instruction may submit proof from their previous institution; upon verification by ZQU, the HSK requirement may be waived. Those who do not meet the Chinese language proficiency requirement may apply for Chinese language preparatory study and, after reaching the required level, apply for degree programs.

（五）华裔学习背景要求

E. Requirements for Applicants with Chinese Background

根据《教育部关于规范我高等学校接受国际学生有关工作的通知》（教外函〔2020〕12 号），申请人父母双方或一方为中国公民或从中国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾移民外国后取得外国国籍的，须入籍4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。

According to the “Notice of the Ministry of Education of China on Regulating the Admission of International Students by Chinese Higher Education Institutions” (Waihan [2020] No. 12), if either or both parents of the applicant are Chinese citizens or if the applicant has emigrated from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan and acquired foreign nationality, the applicant must have held foreign nationality for 4 years or more and must have a record of actually residing outside China for at least 2 years within the last 4 years prior to April 30 of the enrollment year. (A period of 9 months of actual residence abroad per year counts as one year, based on entry and exit stamps.)

2.有效期内的外国普通护照首页复印件。如申请人当前已在中国境内，还需提交有效签证页复印件、居留许可页复印件、最近入境章页复印件。

Copy of the personal information page of a valid ordinary passport. If the applicant is already in China, also submit copies of valid Chinese visa page or Chinese residence permit page, and latest entry stamp page.

父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国，本人出生时即具有外国国籍的，不具有中国国籍的学生，应持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。中国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移民并获得外国国籍后申请作为国际学生申请我校本科阶段学习时，也应满足上述要求。

Applicants of whom either or both parents are Chinese citizens and have settled abroad, and who acquired foreign nationality at birth and do not hold Chinese nationality, shall hold a valid foreign passport or other proof of foreign nationality for 4 years or more, and shall have a record of actual residence in a foreign country for 2 or more years within the last 4 years prior to April 30 of the year of enrollment. (For the purpose of this requirement, 9 months of actual residence in a foreign country within one year shall be counted as one year, based on entry and exit stamps in the passport.) The above requirements also apply to applicants who has emigrated from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan and acquired foreign nationality.

注：上述所有材料均需为中文或英文版。如原件为中/英文以外文本，须附经公证的中/英文的译文。学校出具的证明材料须提供证明人的姓名及联系方式。申请时无需寄送纸质材料，如若被录取，须在报到时携带上述所有材料的原件，以供现场查验。

Note: All materials must be in Chinese or English. If originals are in other languages, notarized Chinese or English translations must be attached. Proof from institutions must include the certifier’s name and contact information. There is no need to mail paper documents to ZQU during application. （二）硕士研究生

V. Program Categories

（一）本科生

A. Undergraduate Programs

1.成班制

2026年开设以下六个本科专业，每个专业满10人才可单独成班。

The following 6 undergraduate programs are offered in the 2026/2027 academic year. A separate class will only be formed when at least 10 students enroll in the same program.

2.插班制

Integrated Class

2026年本科招生专业（均为中外联合培养国际班项目）：

Note: Program Description

2+2：学生第1至2学年在肇庆学院学习（含英语培训），成绩达标后第3学年起赴国外合作大学学习两年。达到要求者获肇庆学院本科毕业证、学士学位证及国外合作大学学士学位证。

“2+2” Dual Bachelor’s Degree Programs: Students complete their first and second academic years at Zhaoqing University, where they receive training of English. Those who meet the academic requirements will then study at the foreign partner university for their third and fourth academic years. Upon fulfilling the graduation requirements, students will be awarded an undergraduate diploma and a Bachelor’s degree from Zhaoqing University, and a Bachelor’s degree from the foreign partner university.

3+X：学生第1至3学年在肇庆学院学习通识和专业课程（含英语培训），成绩达标后第4学年起赴国外合作大学修读1–2年硕士课程。达到要求者获肇庆学院本科毕业证、学士学位证及国外合作大学硕士学位证。

“3+X” Bachelor’s-master’s Degree Programs: Students complete general education and professional courses (including training of English) during their first three academic years at Zhaoqing University. Those who meet the academic requirements will then go to the foreign partner university from their fourth academic year to pursue a master’s degree. Upon fulfilling the graduation requirements, students will be awarded an undergraduate diploma and a Bachelor’s degree from Zhaoqing University, and a master’s degree from the foreign partner university.

(2)国外合作大学

The Foreign Partner University

目前合作方：澳大利亚麦考瑞大学——2026年QS排名第138位，2024年泰晤士高等教育排名世界前1%。

Current partner: Macquarie University, Australia – ranked 138th in QS 2026, top 1% in THE 2024.

未来可能：增加其他海外合作院校。

Other overseas institutions may be added to the partners in the future.

（二）硕士研究生

B. Master’s Degree Programs

2026年硕士研究生开设以下两个专业，均为插班制教学：

The following 2 master’s degree programs are available in the 2026/2027 academic year, and all adopt an integrated class model, meaning international students are placed in regular classes alongside Chinese students.

（一）申请途径

A. Application Channels

填写《肇庆学院国际学生学历生入学申请表》并根据相应学习项目提交申请材料至邮箱global3@zqu.edu.cn。

Complete the Zhaoqing University International Student Application Form for Degree Students and submit the required materials to: global3@zqu.edu.cn.

注：申请人必须根据要求如实提交材料，否则需承担相应后果。

Note: Applicants must submit real and complete materials; failure to do so may result in consequences.

（二）综合测评

B. Comprehensive Evaluation

1.材料评审

Material Review

对按时提交报名申请的申请人，进行材料评审。申请材料须完整真实，否则将视为不合格申请。

Applications submitted by the deadline will undergo a material review. The submitted materials must be complete and genuine; any incomplete or false submission will be disqualified.

2.考核与面试

Assessment and Interview

通过材料评审的申请人进入面试环节，面试时间、方式将在后续通知。

Applicants who pass the material review will be invited for an interview. Details regarding the interview time and method will be notified later.

（三）签证申请

C. Visa Application

被录取者应提交个人普通护照、《录取通知书》《外国来华留学人员签证申请表》《外国人体格检查记录》及所有体格检查（含血检）报告，在入境前根据其学习期限向中国驻其国籍所在国或居住地所在国使领馆或中国外交部委托的其他驻外机构申请办理X1签证。申办材料和流程以申请人国籍所在国中国大使馆或领事馆规定为准，中国大使馆或领事馆作出的签发、拒签的相关决定为最终决定。

Admitted students shall submit their ordinary passport, “Admission Notice,” “Visa Application Form for Study in China,” “Foreigner Physical Examination Form,” and all physical examination reports (including blood test report) to the Chinese embassy/consulate in the country of their nationality or residence, or another overseas mission authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, to apply for an X1 visa based on the length of their study before entering the Chinese mainland. The specific procedures and required documents are subject to the regulations of the Chinese embassy/consulate in the applicant’s country of nationality. The decision to issue or refuse the visa by the Chinese embassy/consulate shall be final.

注：在线提交申请时需确保个人护照有效期覆盖学习时间，为避免原电子证照失效，请勿在入学报到之前更新个人护照。

Note: When submitting the online application, the applicant shall ensure that the passport is valid for the entire duration of study. After submitting the application, the applicant shall not renew the passport before registration at ZQU, as this may invalidate the previously submitted electronic documents.

七、学制、证书颁发与授予

VII. Duration of Study and Degree Conferment

（一）本科生

A. For Undergraduate Students

每学年秋季学期入学。大学本科学制为四年，完成规定的教学计划，考核合格并通过毕业论文答辩，颁发毕业证书，经学位审查合格，授予学士学位。

Undergraduate students enroll in the fall semester each academic year. The undergraduate program is four years. Students who complete the required curriculum, pass the assessments, and successfully defend their thesis will be awarded an undergraduate diploma and, upon degree review, a Bachelor’s degree.

（二）硕士研究生

B. For Master’s Degree Students

每学年秋季学期入学。硕士学位学制为三年，完成规定的教学计划，考核合格并通过毕业论文答辩，颁发毕业证书，经学位审查合格，授予硕士学位。

Postgraduate students enroll in the fall semester each academic year. The master’s program is three years. Students who complete the required curriculum, pass the assessments, and successfully defend their thesis will be awarded a postgraduate diploma and, upon degree review, a master’s degree.

八、收费（人民币）

VIII. Fees

国际学生的收费等以人民币计价，收费政策有调整的将另行通知。

All fees and charges for international students are denominated in Renminbi (RMB). Any changes to the fee policy will be announced separately.

（一）学费和申请费

A. Tuition and Application Fee

1.学生须在报到注册前足额缴纳第一学年学费，未按时缴清者不予办理注册手续。

Students must pay the full first-year tuition before registration at ZQU. Those who fail to do so will not be registered as ZQU students.

2.所有申请人提交的申请费（500元/人），无论最终录取结果如何，均不予退还。

The application fee of RMB 500 for every applicant is not refundable regardless of admission result.

3.课程所需的教材、学习资料等费用，将根据实际发生金额另行收取。

Fees for textbooks and learning materials will be charged separately based on actual costs incurred.

4.申请联合培养项目者，国外学习期间，麦考瑞大学的学费以该校当年公布的收费标准收取，约为4万—5万澳币/年（折算人民币约为18—24万人民币/年）。

For applicants of the joint program between Zhaoqing University and Macquarie University, tuition fees during the period of overseas study shall be charged according to the fee standards published by Macquarie University for the corresponding academic year. Tuition fees vary by program and are approximately AUD 40,000–50,000 per year (equivalent to approximately RMB 180,000–240,000 per year).

（二）住宿费

B. Accommodation Fees

1.校内住宿

On-Campus Accommodation

（1）留学生公寓：单人套间（一室一厅），13500元/人/学年（入住低于半年按1500元/月收费）。床位共11个，床位有限，按申请顺序先到先得，额满即止。

International Student Apartment: Single suite (one bedroom, one living room), RMB 13,500/person/year (RMB 1,500/month for stays under six months). Only 11 suites are available, thus will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the application order.

（2）学生公寓：四人间，约1500元/人/学年，具体收费根据学校统一安排，视入住宿舍调整。

Student Dormitory: Four-person rooms, approximately RMB 1,500/person/year. The specific fee is subject to the university’s arrangement and may be adjusted according to the assigned dormitory.

注： 未能成功申请到校内住宿的学生，可自行安排校外住宿。

以上住宿费不含校园无线网络、床上用品、水、电等。

Note: Students unable to secure on-campus housing may arrange off-campus accommodation independently.

The above fees do not include costs of campus Wi-Fi, bedding, water, electricity, etc.

2.校外住宿

Off-Campus Accommodation

选择校外住宿的国际学生，须事先向学校报备并签署住宿承诺书。入住后（宾馆除外），应在24小时内前往居住地所属派出所办理临时住宿登记，并取得证明。学生须凭该有效的住宿登记证明，方可办理后续的入学注册及签证手续。

International students choosing off-campus accommodation must report to the university in advance and sign an accommodation commitment letter. After moving in (except for hotels), they must register their temporary residence at the local police station within 24 hours and obtain a certificate. Students must present this valid temporary residence registration certificate to complete subsequent enrollment and visa procedures.

3.申请联合培养项目者，国外学习期间，住宿费按照麦考瑞大学当年公布的收费标准收取。

For applicants of the joint program between Zhaoqing University and Macquarie University, accommodation fees during the period of overseas study shall be charged according to the fee standards published by Macquarie University for the corresponding academic year.

注：申请人收到预录取通知邮件后，根据校方指引缴纳相关费用。已在中国境内学生的学费、申请费、住宿费可来校后统一缴纳。在中国境外学生须在缴费后方可获得录取通知书、JW201/202表。

Note: Upon receipt of the pre-admission notification email, the applicant shall pay the relevant fees in accordance with the instructions provided by Zhaoqing University. Students who are already in the Chinese mainland may settle the tuition, application fee and accommodation fees after arriving at the University. Applicants who are outside the Chinese mainland must complete the payment before they can obtain the Admission Notice and the JW201/202 Form.

（三）其他费用

C. Other Fees

1.保险费

Insurance Fee

来华留学生综合保险（包括意外及疾病医疗、住院医疗、意外伤残和身故保险），学生可自行购买。学校实行留学生全员保险制度，对未按照规定购买保险的，学校不予录取。

Students may purchase the comprehensive insurance for international students in China (covering accident/illness medical care, hospitalization, accidental disability and death) on their own. ZQU requires all international students to have insurance; those without insurance will not be admitted.

2.体检费、签证费

Physical Examination Fee & Visa Fee

体检、签证或居留申请等相关费用由相关机构据实收取。

Fees for physical examinations, visa/residence permit applications, and other related expenses shall be charged by the relevant authorities according to actual costs.

九、奖学金

IX. Scholarships

（一）广东省政府来粤留学生奖学金

A. Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship

1.本科生

For Undergraduate International Students

新生奖学金10000元/人；在读奖学金10000元/人。

Freshman scholarship: RMB 10,000/person; current student scholarship: RMB 10,000/person.

2.研究生

For Postgraduate International Students

新生奖学金20000元/人；在读奖学金20000元/人。

Freshman scholarship: RMB 20,000/person; current student scholarship: RMB 20,000/person.

（二）校级国际学生奖学金

X. Other Information

1.未尽事宜，按上级和学校有关政策执行。若有相关新政策，以后续通知为准。

Matters not covered shall be implemented according to the policies of higher authorities and the university. Any subsequent new policies shall be subject to further notices.

2.简章中英文不一致之处，以中文版本为准。学校保留最终解释权。

In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of this announcement, the Chinese version shall prevail. Zhaoqing University reserves the right of final interpretation.
